Starting self care

Well I did it. I always have a little bit of downtime from when Joel goes to work and the boys get up. That's when I make their breakfast, check their backpacks and home work and get out extra clothes in case my boy spills something. Then I always check my work email to prepare for the day. Well instead of doing that I went for a walk. I listen to Frank Sinatra as I did. It wasn't a long walk, but it felt amazing. I didn't feel stressed or thinking about everything that needed to be done because there wasn't anything to do until the boys got up. I texted Joel and he was very impressed. Only bad thing is I won't be able to do this when Star is gone at the end of the month. But I'm going to enjoy it while I can!

Well, when you can no longer go for walks, you could do some yoga or an at home workout before the kids get up
