If people are appearing crazy to you, it is actually YOU who is manifesting that perception about them, it is not them manifesting craziness for themselves.
You are making your perception of them appear as 'real' in your own world which of course only exists in your own mind because you put it there.
In other words, it's not just you imagining what you see, it is actually you manifesting what you eventually see and believe is real.
