I Need to Take Better Care of Myself

I have just read an article in a magazine and there are meaningful sentences from it which I want to share:

Leadership starts with self-leadership. Great leaders last because they lead themselves first.

Self care is important. Do not neglect it. Too often we let work take precedence over our physical and mental health, to our own peril. I am glad I have left that kind of life behind me.
