I was at a restaurant tonight with a large group of people and my ears started ringing and went on for a long time.

This getting old thing really kind of sucks. I don't know if it's my concert going or my years in the loud clubs in my youth catching up to me. The ringing eventually stopped, but damn I don't like this at all.

Make sure all the ear wax is completely removed from your ears, because even a small build up can make tinnitus worse. AND if you are out with friends, don't drink, because drinking will make it worse.
