No, it's a lack of initiative. If you don't take initiative, you're lazy. It's not that nebulous of a concept.

@SnailTeeth 🙄 I did not ask for your definition of lazy, but If I am "not willing" to jump off a bridge overpass into heavy speeding truck traffic, does that make me lazy?

@HumbleGuy I've referred to others as lazy my entire life, I doubt most people can think of a more common word for that type of behavior. Thus, everyone's likely used that as their word of reference for their entire lives. Just because you haven't used a word yet, doesn't mean that wouldn't be the word you would've used.
