An early grave is better than old age

What's the point of growing old
Everything said is left as if untold
Every step vanishes from one night's sleep
Every joy erased by a tragedy
What do you get with old age
the years and struggles - the promises made
clothes to clean - children to feed
chores to be done - errands to be run
beds to be made - preachers to be paid
funerals to attend - relationships to mend
lonely days without fun - it's better to die young

No its not better to die young. Its better to live your life and to be happy and to choose somone who will give you the same love and happiness that you do them.

Life isnt full of doom. Stop being negative all the time.

@Lostpoet 🤔nothing like looking on the black and negative side ofold age is there lol. may be a lot of what you say is a very valid point but if you keep physically and mentally well in old your twighlight years can be enjoyable i guess
