Do any of you take collagen powder for anti aging?

I and I believe it helps my skin. I would like to hair your thoughts if you take it too. :)

U are only 26 to 30 I wouldn't worry to much with signs of aging. If u control your weight and stay active u got at least another 20 to 30 year's before u age any
