any ladies having a hard time with aging?

I'm 42. And this past year I've noticed changes within my body.. showin signs of aging .. I am not dealing with it very well .. I am having a very difficult time with aging .. and the changes .. I know growing old is a privilege.. but how do some stay young looking ?

Sometimes it's genetics. My maternal side the women stay looking younger longer. I also don't smoke, use drugs and rarely drink.
