any ladies having a hard time with aging?

I'm 42. And this past year I've noticed changes within my body.. showin signs of aging .. I am not dealing with it very well .. I am having a very difficult time with aging .. and the changes .. I know growing old is a privilege.. but how do some stay young looking ?

There is nothing wrong in aging. Maybe if society stops acting like it is all unnatural, people will stop lying about looking younger and posting edited or old images of themselves.

The way one looks is mainly genetics. Self care is small part. Sooner or later we all get them wrinkles and poor health.
