any ladies having a hard time with aging?

I'm 42. And this past year I've noticed changes within my body.. showin signs of aging .. I am not dealing with it very well .. I am having a very difficult time with aging .. and the changes .. I know growing old is a privilege.. but how do some stay young looking ?

I turn 64 on 8/21....I see my body changing also but accept the fact I am just getting older and time just shows.
