any ladies having a hard time with aging?

I'm 42. And this past year I've noticed changes within my body.. showin signs of aging .. I am not dealing with it very well .. I am having a very difficult time with aging .. and the changes .. I know growing old is a privilege.. but how do some stay young looking ?

I am 64 years old and Im enjoying every second of it...

It is the matter of acceptance and self appreciation... I dont socialize with young people much and if I do, I enjoy their youth rather than envying it.... my friends are growing old with me and we appreciate each and every beauty that remains with us...
