I Hate Growing Old [Growing Old]

I can't believe I pulled a muscle today...wearing my jacket! Getting older isn't going to be any fun😑

I was moving a big rock last month and I heard a pop in my arm. A tendon broke, strangely it didn't hurt much but apparently when you get older your tendons get less elastic. sigh
