Now I feel older than I did before I came on here.

I was moving a big rock last month and I heard a pop in my arm. A tendon broke, strangely it didn't hurt much but apparently when you get older your tendons get less elastic. sigh

Unfortunately we don't have a choice there but it is all part of life. I hope you have a wonderful day.
