Invasive questions on workplace medical assessment online questionaire

I do, but as if I would tell a place doing a workplace medical because I've never been formally assessed and/or diagnosed as to what my ASD traits are.

@PatientlyWaiting25 I already have been doing the job for 11 yrs with same company. My medical clearance, since being in my 50's, requires renewal every 2 years. I'm 58 in two weeks so the current one expires in Sep. When I turn 60 in 2028 it changes to being renewed every year.

@zonavar68 oh I see, they wouldn't be able to sack you based on being neurodivergent though, particularly not if you have successfully done the job for 11 years

@PatientlyWaiting25 No but given that the focus is on safety criticality that information could be used, combined with other things like the cardiac risk score assessment, etc. to inform a view that there could be medical risk at too high a level to allow a full unrestricted medical clearance. I've done my shiftwork job role for 36 years and been working in railways for 38. Just not with the same company the whole time. I just think it's strange to be asking a person to declare if they have ASD.

If you’ve never been formally assessed or diagnosed then officially you do not have it

@CallMeWhatever Interestingly the recent Australian census of which I did not participate did not have any questions asking about autism/aspergers/ASD but did have invasive questions about gender, sexuality, etc.
