I went to the doctor today for my standard 3-month meds review

They weighed me while I was there and I'm down from 117.5(ish)kg to 113.6kg! This may seem like a minor decrease (and in absolute terms it is) but that brings me to 15kg lost since my peak of 128kg a few years ago.
