I was thinking the other day that it's crazy how I have all these things to entertain myself with: internet, tv, books, places... And still find myself sometimes feeling bored with "nothing" I wanna do.

I hate being trapped in a digital world! I want my old analog world back. Where cars don't spy on you, everything was built to last past 20 years, there was a bar on every corner, payphones everywhere, thumbing though the phone book for a number or address, using paper maps.
Sometimes I wish I would hurry up and die, so wouldn't have to suffer anymore of this digital world.
(No I'm not saying I'm going to off myself you jump to conclusion fools. I'm saying I hate this new world)

@HumanEarth Cpl months ago, trying to get away from the phone, I got one of those cheap Walmart flip phones. Couldn't do it. Society is set up now in a way that a phone is as necessary as a car almost!

Alcohol was easy for me to stop. Other things a bit more difficult but still managed.
Cigs on the other hand are a real motherfucker to quit.

I am very familiar with chronic pain. And with how limited your choices are if you want to actually live a life and not be a zombie under a cloud of pain killers.
That really sucks. Have you found an acceptable medium between endurable pain and medication?

@CurrentName I'm in pain management, but take nothing but muscle relaxants and injections atm which are "ok" to function. I'll be fine I guess

Yeah that really sucks. It's a big problem for me. My wife used to manage my affairs when she was here. And kept me on time. Mostly because I didn't want to disappoint her. Now I'm more of a last second kind guy. Im looking for a manager.

Ah that's a good one. But if you don't mind me saying it, there's nothing wrong with being passive there's a place for all of us we just gotta find the right place for us.
