How commonly are people using ED medications/treatments?

My life is sexless with no romantic action so I don't care that I find it really hard (sic) to get turned on by any sort of erotic stimuli and/or thinking but some people might find their whole life collapses if they have ED and related 'performance issues' and can't get/keep it 'up'.

Is there a female equivalent of ED (inability to get and stay aroused - wet, etc.) and are there any specific medications/treatments for that? I'm asking because I really don't know.

I'd use aromatherapy and massage. Touch and the closeness of connection is healing by itself. It stimulates circulation, promotes body confidence and improves skin sensitivity as well as helps people to relax and aromatherapy is brilliant for supporting mood and decreasing anxiety. Essential oils have an immediate affect on the brains limbic system as soon as you smell them and then when applied via massage, the molecules are small enough to be absorbed through the skin and enter the blood supply as a gentle natural way to support on a physical level. The choice of oils would depend on each person's needs but there's so many that could be helpful where there's low libedo. There are oils that can help to calm and relax, increase sensation and blood flow to the skin and ones that have adaptogenic properties or have specific phytohormones that mimic the role of hormones in the body. 🙂
