As per Google:
Full Code" on a medical chart means that if a patient's breathing or heart stops, the medical team will perform all possible life-saving, resuscitative measures. This includes, but is not limited to, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), electrical shocks (defibrillation), intubation, and mechanical ventilation to sustain

"Full Code" refers to an instruction for medical teams to perform all necessary life-saving measures—including CPR, defibrillation, and intubation—if a patient's breathing or heartbeat stops. It is a standard of care intended to reverse clinical death.
It means they will do everything possible to save you. CPR and advanced CPR and whatever they deem necessary .
