Anyone ever experience this medical mystery?

For seven years my sister has had severe, crippling pain in both legs. As if you ran five marathons , she described it. Plus, twitching also in both legs, it never stops. She's had every test done, every blood test, neurology etc. there's nothing that shows up. She now has neuropathy in her feet too, but two doctors have said the pain and especially twitches in her legs aren't typical neuropathy symptoms. One neurologist did believe that her leg issues is also neuropathy.

She's had a couple pain meds but they didn't help. I know there's many more however. Anyone ever hear of this mystery in her legs?? She can barely walk it's so bad. Thank you ♥

Jeez, you brought these issues up a couple times last year, and after all this time still nada?

I looked it up and there's quite a long list of possible causes, but basically anything that could potentially damage the nerves in ones body, is suspect.
Any underlying issues that did have or was able to take control of symptoms, like diabetes or similar?

Where does her overall physical health stand, like does this issue overlap or "bleed" into other problems? I can see if that's the case, then it'll be more difficult to home in on.
Sorry she's still dealing with it. I hope something will turn around for her, sooner than later.

@Levenrack Exactly still no treatment or diagnosis. It's so horrible what she endures. Two or three doctor don't believe it's neuropathy. She DOES have neuropathy now unfortunately in her feet. But one doc said twitching can be in neuropathy. I saw online it says it too. Yet the other doctors said it's not a typical symptom of it. So she has a different issue separate from her awful feet, and she wants to die. No doctor ever goes the extra step either or help prescribe any different pain meds that COULD help. There's so much negligence out there, medically.
