Only half? That's surprisingly low. Not that it makes much difference, because it's in the air and crops too, so you'll take in plenty in other ways too.

I use a PUR faucet mounted water filter that does remove SOME PFA's.

its like micro plastics. its everywhere now

It's not just water, it's in the food we eat and even the air we breathe. It's a forever chemical, so not much can be done about it now. We are doomed.
