I don't know what's wrong with me

Swollen lymph nodes here and there, lost 10 pounds in months without trying, night sweats (sometimes) and fatigue. Been going on for quite awhile now. Random pains. I can't afford health insurance here in Florida and haven't been to the Doctor. I feel like I'm better off not knowing. A while back my car developed a black mold that just covered the interior. I went in with bleach and cleaned all of it off but it won't come out of the carpets or heat/ac system. Maybe that got me who knows. It's my only car though and I need it, as work is 30 miles away. I've never felt worse though since. It's just every day, no choice but to grind away feeling like death. Seems like every since I moved here my health has been in the gutter. It's too stressful here in everyway, but I'm stuck. My mother is aging and needs me around, and I ain't got anywhere else to go really.

I would definitely see a doctor soon. Those are acute symptoms and if caught, you can be treated . My dad has cancer, those were his symptoms, minus night sweats. But it can absolutely be treated or cured, that type of cancer of lymph nodes. He has unfortunately the aggressive type . I'm not saying for sure it's that, I'm not a doctor..but definitely see an ER and they just set up payment after..or you can create a GoFundMe if you needed. Your mom needs you.

I agree with Sweetpoison. At least find somewhere to go and make sure you dont have some kind of infection. Swollen lymph nodes is usually a sign of infection. You can inquire about charity care. or else there probably is a free clinic somewhere.

Low- or no-cost options (in order of urgency)

1. Emergency room (ER)
• In many countries (including the U.S.), ERs must see you regardless of ability to pay
• You do not have to pay upfront
• If something serious is going on, this is the safest route
• Bills can often be reduced, forgiven, or put on assistance plans later

2. Free or sliding-scale clinics
Look for:
• “Free clinic”
• “Community health center”
• “Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)”
They charge based on income — sometimes $0.

3. Public health department
They often evaluate:
• swollen lymph nodes
• TB, HIV, chronic infections
Testing is frequently free or very low cost.

4. Teaching hospitals
Hospitals with medical schools often have:
• charity care
• reduced fees
• social workers who help eliminate bills

If you are in the U.S.

You can:
• Call 211 (United Way) — tell them you have concerning medical symptoms and no money
• Ask specifically for “charity care” or “financial assistance”

What not to do
• Don’t ignore this
• Don’t self-diagnose or treat with supplements/antibiotics
• Don’t wait months hoping it goes away

Combine the swollen nodes with the night sweats....I'd go see your doctor...pretty sharpish.
Sounds like you're living the real American dream. Not the fairy tale of money within reach for everyone, but the lack of healthcare, the car dependency, stressful work and still not being able to afford necessities. 😕

I certainly don’t know either. 🤷‍♂ We all have our own problems.

You won’t need your car when you’re dead. Please take the advice of Sweetpoison.
