I don't know what's wrong with me

Swollen lymph nodes here and there, lost 10 pounds in months without trying, night sweats (sometimes) and fatigue. Been going on for quite awhile now. Random pains. I can't afford health insurance here in Florida and haven't been to the Doctor. I feel like I'm better off not knowing. A while back my car developed a black mold that just covered the interior. I went in with bleach and cleaned all of it off but it won't come out of the carpets or heat/ac system. Maybe that got me who knows. It's my only car though and I need it, as work is 30 miles away. I've never felt worse though since. It's just every day, no choice but to grind away feeling like death. Seems like every since I moved here my health has been in the gutter. It's too stressful here in everyway, but I'm stuck. My mother is aging and needs me around, and I ain't got anywhere else to go really.
