Would you still get the flu shot in late January?

I have not had it in years but this years strain is much stronger. I'm wondering if I should still get one?

Used to get them but the last 2 I had about 9 and 10 years ago made me sick for 3 days after. Never again.

@Coralmist Don't recall problems before that. Something changed. I don't trust them anymore. Two years in a row was enough to say no
