Would you still get the flu shot in late January?

I have not had it in years but this years strain is much stronger. I'm wondering if I should still get one?

No. The vaxes actually make it more likely you will get sick. Actual studies indicate a causal relationship.

@hippyjoe1955 I've had flu shots many times in years past, never got ill.

@Coralmist I have never had a flu shot and I never get the flu either. My mother in law got the shot every year and every year she would get the flu. However the study I mentioned had something in the range of 20,000 people and the vaxed group was about 25% more likely to get the flu than the unvaxed. I'm not a doctor and I don't play one on TV but I can read statistics.
