Update from doctor visit yesterday

There aren't any definitive tests to test for dizziness. But based on my symptoms and past issues, it has been ruled that I might have sinus issues and a problem with a tiny tube connecting my sinuses to my ears. I got a referral for the ENT docotor (hallejuah), bought some Flonase and a referral for physical therapy. No exact answers but I will try anything. One step closer to solving my issues. Hopefully

Did they try to see if the little stones in I your inner ears need resetting. There is an easy procedure to try.

Epley Maneuver - Exercises for Vertigo - ENT Clinic
Canalith repositioning procedure - Mayo Clinic
To treat vertigo from inner ear crystals (BPPV), the main procedure is the Epley Maneuver, a series of specific head and body tilts that guide the calcium crystals out of the semicircular canals and into a quiet part of the inner ear, providing rapid relief for most people, though it's best done after a healthcare provider shows you the proper technique to avoid worsening symptoms.
