Update from doctor visit yesterday

There aren't any definitive tests to test for dizziness. But based on my symptoms and past issues, it has been ruled that I might have sinus issues and a problem with a tiny tube connecting my sinuses to my ears. I got a referral for the ENT docotor (hallejuah), bought some Flonase and a referral for physical therapy. No exact answers but I will try anything. One step closer to solving my issues. Hopefully

Have you tried the exercises for BPV. You can find them online. There are a couple different strategies

@LadyGemini It is very difficult to do the Epley without help. Perhaps that is why the physician suggested going to PT. They should check your hearing though to be sure there isn't something else as well.
