Ever have whiplash from an accident?

If so did you go to Physical therapy? How long did you go or need?

I'm entering my second month and the therapist said typically whiplash clients go two to three months. I'm just wondering if I'll feel better in a month🤔

Yes back in 1993. Bad crash I slid on ice on a bend at about 50mph and hit another car coming in the other direction at same speed. Both cars written off. He went through a wall and fire brigade needed to cut him out.

I never has treatment except painkillers.

But years and years later I saw a physio for back problems with using a computer all day. She says randomly one day "You ever had bad whiplash?". I say no then say we'll 20 years ago.

She says "Yeah way you stand, sit etc shows it wasn't treated".
