How you relieve stress?

@PatientlyWaiting25 that sounds much better than the use of alcohol, so much more common.

@samueltyler2 alcohol affects me really quickly. I can feel it after just half a glass of wine so I tend not to drink too often. It's a treat for me. I love a nice red though!

@PatientlyWaiting25 what reds do you like? I love Californian or Italian more than French.

@samueltyler2 Spanish wines the most. I really like a cabernet sauvignon or a Rioja.

@PatientlyWaiting25 i forgot about the Spanish wines, we do have a favorite Ramon Balboa, it is a typical rioja blend as I recall. The cruise line we use has had it, at a reasonable price, for all the cruises we have been on. As to can, the Californian Paso Robles region can't be beaten.
