UK tv. 'Covid contracts. Follow the money'.

Absolutely shocking the billions of pounds wasted on fake/faulty ppe during the Covid pandemic in the UK.

All the government ministers and MP'S who were board members of the companies supplying or saying they could supply what was needed and then either failed to deliver or worse, supplied knowingly fake or faulty equipment that ultimately cost 9000 Doctors/Nurses/Midwives /Psychiatrists lives.

Where they were given extraordinary sums of public money with no background in anything remotely medical related, just because they'd donated to the Conservative Party and were fast-tracked to the head of the queue !

And now they have the nerve to disappear into the night and dissolve the companies on 'economic grounds', when this country needs every penny it can get after another 'Boris scandal' that of conning the electorate into voting 'leave' on the whole Brexit thing.

Those of us with old heads KNOW that any government scheme has 'schemers' within it looking for a way to make a cut for themselves.
But the scale of it !

We expected 'hit and miss' drugs once the vaccines started rolling out.
Then you look at the lies told by THOSE companies (all your favourites are there ! Pfizer; Moderna; Glaxo-Smithkline and others)...

Put that 'business' context into the way Trump behaved THEN and the sheer NERVE he has thinking he can throw his weight about NOW for exactly the SAME reason !!

@Mellowgirl As I'm sure others will point out, if your government can collude with foreign powers to 'ensure' a...or ANY virus can be allowed to travel the world when you KNOW the seat and source of it yet refuse point blank to isolate flights from that country into yours because 'it's bad for business'.. you've given them implied permission to do it AGAIN
