I wonder if it’s worth it

I just finished another run with no improvement. According to google my low cortisol levels make me both weaker and prevent me from getting stronger and improving. So I literally can’t improve my fitness which makes me wonder why Im doing this. It’s gonna take months to finally see a doctor and maybe just maybe get some treatment. So should I even bother until then?

Could be the sleep thing? When I used to have chronic insomnia I could only run like super early in the morning because I was on the edge of being hyper.

@SmoKin it’s the same even when I manage to get a good nights sleep.

@SmoKin doubtful. I changed my diet to a very healthy one this month but no change.
