Gym day pass

Got gifted a sample session at the gym to try out the fitness equipment

I tried not to overdo it as didn't want to hurt myself

Been 10 hours since I went and no pain, is a good sign

I think i could get hooked on it if I'm not careful 😄

15 minutes of cardio. 30 minutes of weights spread over several muscle groups is very sustainable. Rotate muscle groups if any soreness is felt. I used to go to the gym twice a day for years.

DOMS comes at about 24 hours. It is what we call "good pain" and is part of the addiction you speak of.

The ideal recipe is mild to moderate soreness that peaks at thirty six hours and subsides at 48...just in time for your next workout 💪
