Is it localized arthritis?

Over the past 3 months all the knuckle and finger joints on my left hand have gotten stiff from holding my phone so much. I can't make a fist. I can use my first 2 fingers and thumb to grip things. Volteran helps bring some comfort but doesn't improve pain with movement. Any experience to offer?

I don’t know because I have the same. I have a prescription for pain to use when it gets to bad.

@Gibbon oxycodone 5.325 it has Tylenol. But it is a very small dose

Castor oil with a little frankincense mixed in used topically can help.
