Is it localized arthritis?

Over the past 3 months all the knuckle and finger joints on my left hand have gotten stiff from holding my phone so much. I can't make a fist. I can use my first 2 fingers and thumb to grip things. Volteran helps bring some comfort but doesn't improve pain with movement. Any experience to offer?

Better still, hire two 21 year old college girls to do all your texting for you... one to hold the phone and the other to press the buttons.
