Having POTS is annoying

I don't feel good. Every time I stand up to fast I get light headed and dizzy. My heart rate is really high. I'm drinking a liquid IV, sitting in front of a fan and took a pill to help. My head is pounding as well. Hopefully it will calm down in a few minutes.

@4meAndyou I know it just doesn't feel good when I'm like that. I'm feeling better, the drink and meds helped. I can't wait for tonight. It's going to be fun.
