Got my blood result today.

Was shocked that the most risk i have is in uric acid coz i got the test coz im worried i have diabeties or highblood as im fat af and eat af,
but got results and like all are normal but my uric acid,
in the paper the reference is 3.6 - 7.7 and my uric acid is exactly 7.7 😭

So it's high normal. The biggest risk is that you will come down with gout. Which is very painful, so you might want to buy some of this stuff on Amazon.
