you can hit those problem numbers easier when it gets very hot and you're not drinking as much water as you should. it's also a good way to start developing gout, which is crystals forming in your joints, grinding and being very painful in feet, knees, etc. so yeah, drop that number as best you can, but I'm not sure it's in the 'worry' level yet.
