Awareness helps ...

What's the worst that can happen?
What's the best that can happen ?

Maybe take really deep breaths if you don't know

Too much caffeine? Maybe ?

Focus on something else ...gratitude...excersize...call a friend...journal ...relax your body with meditation ...

That can destroy people uncovering selective memories or buried trauma. Selective amnesia is not something to unlock
