Anyone else get real bad stomach ache

Hmm not typically. If it's just once of any health concerns I typically just keep an eye on it but if it occurs regularly...( Tummy aches, bleeding, headache, whatever may be) I try to see a doctor.

You might have
a) ulcers
b) some intestinal issue

Either way bleeding from where the sun don't shine is a doctor visit. At your age it might be something worse so get it checked.

You ate something that didn't agree with your body for some reason (could be many different reasons).

Not enough information to target what it could be, but there are a lot of possibilities, and not all of them as bad as these, but if you have an internal tear, you probably need to see medical people. But it might not be that at all, hard to tell.

Yeah but I don't bleed. I've got diverticulum, and I get to go have a colonoscopy in about a month because of it.
