It would be really nice if my fingers would be less stiff and swollen. Everyday they stiffen up and swell up and ache.

My knees are doing it too but to a lesser extent. Arthritis needs to love me less.

I wake up stiff in my wrists, back and knees almost every day. Over the course of the day, it works off. However, fingers would be problematic.

Get yourself a pair of these. They are supposed to provide pain relief.

As your knees get worse, you can get cortisone shots in both knees every 3-4 months, and the shots REALLY help. Why deal with pain every single day?
