Im too sick to work.. I cant even go yo doctor and buy medications that i need desperately.. If not thanks anyway. God be with me

If you live in the United States, and you can't work, then you can contact emergency assistance, which operates through the Welfare system in most states. Give them a call.
You can also call any one of your local churches, and see if the pastor or priest might be willing to go and buy you some of your medications.
