When I was 30 I sneezed so hard at work due to the dusty environment of helping to set up a new store from residual construction activity that I badly threw out my upper back. I was out of work for five months from it.

@NativePortlander1970 A friend of mine did the same thing through a bad coughing bout
He made a full recovery after 6 months including physio and support belt
