Younger, I used to have plenty of shoulder dislocations and once I've dislocated my shoulder by sneezing! But now it's a lot better !!!

I threw out my back one time trying on a pair of jeans and I wasn’t even as old as I am now. Was off work for 5 days.

So very true, have had a few muscles pulled from that.

When I was 30 I sneezed so hard at work due to the dusty environment of helping to set up a new store from residual construction activity that I badly threw out my upper back. I was out of work for five months from it.
