I'm exhausted because I have anemia.

Im perpetually exhausted. It's no wonder why I can't make it through a day without napping. Explains the bruising and heart palpitations too

My mother had what was then called pernicious anemia. She had to go and get B12 shots for quite a while.

@buriedalive Yup. Anemia can be caused by internal bleeding, say, from an ulcer. It can be caused by poor diet. It can be caused by heavy periods or endometriosis in women, and also by the bodies inability to absorb vitamin B12 or iron.
