i found out I have tuberculosis

but I'm not afraid a bit , I have trust on my god and my will power that I can survive this

Nothing to worry. It can easily be treated now a days. I also had it once. Just don't miss your medicines even for a single time. Have healthy diet. Keep a watch on your weight, it should not decrease during the treatment. If it decreases contact your chest physician immediately.

If you have much fluid, it's better to get it removed with syringe by your chest physician, it is better to remove the fluid then trying to dry it only by medicines. The fluid removal process is mostly painless and help treatment to have a faster results.

Don't stop medicines unless the chest specialist confirms it after having a fresh test/x-ray. Taking medicines for few more days after complete cure is a good practice most doctors prefer.

Get well soon.

If it was a 140 years ago you would have something to worry about probably not a big issue today

You are so lucky you live in modern times! TB can be treated with antibiotics. It's true that the bacteria is now antibiotic resistant, but your doctors will keep trying until it works.
It's curable... Nothing to worry about. Just complete the required course
@Dhritii go to any local govt despensery and get the meds. Mostly it's free.
