Reasons for being woozy?

I've been woozy several times this week.

Woke up today and ate egg, sausage, waffle, then felt woozy.
Had sausage, potatoe and carrots for lunch still feel woozy.
Heat. Blood pressure. Haven't eaten enough nutrition. Exhausted ( nutrition i meant vitamin rich stuff)

@Bexsy I haven't been in the heat, I'm sure my BP is fine but I'll check. I posted what I've eaten so far.

Did you have Covid Recently?

I’ve been woozy and dizzy and nauseous for 2.5 years since I had Covid.
rosyhills · 31-35, F
@Jenny1234 no, I've felt fine, just tired. I started to feel better after I had a vitamin and tuna sandwich.
How have you dealt with feeling like that for so long/?
There could be many reasons. Blood pressure, blood sugar, sinus issues, inner ear issues, anxiety, etc.

You may feel dizzy, faint or off balance if your heart isn't pumping enough blood to your brain. Causes include: Drop in blood pressure. A dramatic drop in your systolic blood pressure — the higher number in your blood pressure reading — may result in brief lightheadedness or a feeling of faintness.

could be low iron.
rosyhills · 31-35, F
@Penny just took a vitamin with supposedly 100% recommended DV of iron.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F

Both times, it was AFTER you ate?
@rosyhills Could you be pregnant?
rosyhills · 31-35, F
@rosyhills I like dehydration (blood volume is down) and electrolyte imbalance.
Sapio · 51-55, M
Sounds like a blood sugar issue. When's the last time you had your blood work done?
rosyhills · 31-35, F
@Sapio 2 weeks ago. A1C is fine
