Why am i always sooo tired?

Caffeine wont hit me until its time for bed, the day is a struggle to stay awake through no matter what i do. Especially today.

I had the same, tired all the time, even though I slept well. After visiting the Dr and blood tests the cause was I had a under active thyroid. This can be a cause of tiredness.
