Do you have a high, fast or slow metabolism?

I'm the same, now in my old age I'm grateful for being that way and can eat to my hearts content. No aches, no pains, no broken bones.

A Doctor once told me whatever your doing dont stop.

I was wondering how you’re so so skinny. But you pose yourself stunning.

I have the metabolism of a three-toed sloth.

Very slow hence my size

Sadly so slow that I can't even eat three meals a day. ☹️
