Do you have a high, fast or slow metabolism?

I can eat anything I want to and not gain any weight. My metabolism is very fast I have been told.

I'm the same, now in my old age I'm grateful for being that way and can eat to my hearts content. No aches, no pains, no broken bones.

A Doctor once told me whatever your doing dont stop.
