Can you think of a new way to view blood pressure....

Rather than getting all nervous every time the dang cuff goes on my arm?
(Fear of it being high, causes my heart to race and get a high reading)
I actually am avoiding going to the doctors due to it. Ughh.

@Baybreeze A nurse recently told me when they put the strap on our arms n raise the machine bar by pumping while listening to the heart beat they actually raise it to the point where they can't hear the pulse beat at all (at that point we feel very tight n paunful) n immediately after they release n let it fall back naturally to see whats the blood pressure.
