Well, maybe this can be the year you go. It will be a cinch. A physical only lasts around 30 - 40 mins. And they may do some standard blood work. It's good to know where it stands. You will do fine!!
I have been going every year for a physical for many years.. but one thing gives me GREAT anxiety each time. Getting blood pressure checked. Ughhh. It goes high b/c I am so afraid OF it going high lol. But typically it always comes down, b/c my doc doesn't tell me she is going to recheck; she just does. Last year she told me she was rechecking and bam. It went high again b/c I was super aware of the cuff going on. :( Now I have rescheduled twice for this year, and may need to once more. I just am too nervous.

Get your vaccines up to date and go for a physical

At 29 you’re still playing with house money. Unless you have a reason, there’s no need. At 40, schedule a physical. And fuck the covid vaccines, IMHO.

Not bad...unless u have habits that damage health, or a chronic illness, u don’t need a doctor.
